TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To secure your place I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. If not received within a week before the session then I will assume that you do not want to keep your place. If I am able to fill your space I will transfer your booking otherwise your deposit is non-transferable.

All machines must be PAT tested before using on our premises known as 115 Market Street, Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak SK23 0JD

the patchworks & more takes all precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of its customers and visitors. It is therefore, very important that customers and visitors are aware of others and their safety. Any Health & Safety advice given by the management and staff of the patchworks & more must be adhered to.

the patchworks & more cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to you and your possessions whilst attending or visiting the premises known as 115 Market Street, Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak, SK23 0JD

If we have to cancel
It is very unlikely that we would cancel a session/class but all of our sessions/classes require a minimum number of attendee’s to allow them to run. If we do not have the numbers and we have to cancel the session/class we will let you know as soon as we can and will offer a full refund or transfer to another date. If the patchworks & more do have to cancel a session/class we will not accept responsibility for any other costs incurred by the attendee other than the session/class fee.

If you have to cancel
Please let us know as soon as possible – we will endeavour to fill your space if we have a waiting list or in some circumstances we may be able to transfer you to another session/class. If we are able to fill your space we will refund your deposit.

Payment
Payment in advance for a session/class is required to secure a place.

Changes to sessions/classes
We reserve the right to make small changes to the contents of our sessions/classes at our discretion. If a tutor shall be unable to attend for any reason we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible and, in that case we reserve the right to appoint an alternative tutor, or postpone the session to a later date. A full refund will be made if the new date doesn’t suit the customer/visitor.

By making a booking for a session/class at the patchworks & more you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
